Pre-Adventure Dragon Fruit and Yogurt Delight Breakfast

1 c greek yogurt
Dragon fruit (peeled and diced)
Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
Pomegranate seeds
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 tsp chia seeds

Put your toppings on top of the greek yogurt and enjoy. This isn't a difficult recipe, but it will is a perfect mix of protein and nutrients to get you moving on the morning before a backpack trip or at a car base camp.
